A Video Game themed Calgary Zoo wedding

I have truly enjoyed getting to know Corey and David. I adore the strength of their relationship, the looks of genuine love they share, and their common interests – video games and music being very important! This smoky September day, I was thrilled to photograph their outdoor wedding at the Calgary Zoo. It had everything from interloping peacocks to splashing penguins, belly laughs shared between all the guests and intimate moments in the conservatory. The video game theming was on point – from crowd favorites like Mario and Final Fantasy to Sonic and (a personal favorite of mine) Chrono Trigger. Another unique touch was the tea bar! Another one that kept me smiling the entire time I was editing! Enjoy.
